Join Our Open House Events and Discover the DA

Would you like to learn more about studying at the Diplomatische Akademie Wien – Vienna School of International Studies?

Meet our faculty, current students, alumni and staff at one of our Open House events to gain first-hand insights into our academic programmes, the application process, funding opportunities, student life at the DA and more.

We host three Open House events each academic year – one on campus in early to mid-November and two virtual sessions in late November and late January. In addition, shorter info sessions are scheduled as well.

An info session regarding the DA's MSc programmes ETIA and DIA will take place on Monday, 9 March at 11:00 am (Vienna time/UTC+1).
More information will be provided in due course.

Diploma Programme

A one-year postgraduate course in the theory and practice of international relations, economics, history and law with a special emphasis on language training

MSc in Digital International Affairs

A two-year MSc programme in cooperation with the University of Innsbruck on the digital transformation of international affairs, providing knowledge and skills to shape the international relations of tomorrow

Master of Advanced International Studies

A two-year academic programme which centres on the advanced study of politics and international relations, international economics, history as well as international and European law

PhD Programme Interdisciplinary International Studies

A four-year doctoral programme in cooperation with the University of Vienna to pursue a research project linking at least two of the DA's academic disciplines

MSc in Environmental Technology & International Affairs

A two-year MSc programme in cooperation with TU Wien tackling environmental issues in their political, legal and technical dimensions
